Instructions:

 Step 1:

 Complete our simple online travel form.

Step 2:

Select your national section – we’ll automatically forward your request to them for      membership confirmation.

Step 3:

Once confirmed, your section will coordinate with the Travel Secretary in your destination country to assist with your requirements.

Notes:

Sufficient time before the visit must be allowed so that assistance can be provided at its best:

• Group travel: At least 3 months’ notice

• Individual travel: At least 1 month’s notice.

• For more popular destinations, e.g. the UK, Rerpublic of Ireland, France, Australia, Spain, Italy, Travel Form(s) should be submitted several months in advance.
